That may not be the problem with your accuracy. Speak in full sentences and try not to have too many pauses or breaks in the chunk of information you want to get out (Dragon&#039;s algorithm works by recognizing words through the context of full sentences). Also, I seem to remember that Dragon prefers some DVRs over others. I think it is possible to use it to take notes, or even capture ideas on the fly, when you&#039;re away from the computer. Doctors and lawyers, the principle Dragon users, do it all the time. 

Anyway, I am really glad you posted this. I have been trying to implement it into my PhD research pipeline ever since starting to use Dragon for transcriptions. Wanted to see how others were using it, too.
